Remove documentation for Refill and Longlines modes.
These will be obsoleted in a future version of Emacs.

* text.texi (Refill, Longlines): Delete nodes.

* ack.texi (Acknowledgments): Longlines removed from manual.

* emacs.texi (Top): Update node listing.
